Recipe Suggestion:
Sizzle and fry joint in a pan, put in a hot oven for 10 minutes, reduced heat to medium and cook for 15 minutes per kilo. Allow to stand for 30 minutes prior to serving in a warming oven.
You can order a 1kg, 1.5kg or 2kg piece of fresh fillet or a 1.5kg frozen fillet- any difference in weight will be refunded on dispatch.
There are only 2 fillets per animal, and therefore we are unable to guarantee a specific weight.
