Organic Beef Fillet Steak

Organic grass fed Guernsey beef fillet steak.

Melt in the mouth, buttery tender and delicious. 

Recipe: Bring to room temperature. Flash fry in a hot pan for 2-4 mins per side, allow to rest in a warm place for 15 minutes to enable the rich juices to settle within the steak.

Serve simply with a green vegetable and maybe a side of fries
