Organic Mince Meat Loaf

INGREDIENTS
200g Mince per person
1/2 small onion per person
Duck fat (to sautee the onion)
1 soft boiled egg per 2 people
1 egg to bind
1/4 cup breadcrumbs per 200g mince
dash of worcester sauce (or tabasco if you like a more firey loaf)
Salt & pepper to season
Streaky Bacon to wrap the loaf

To our award winning organic mince simply season with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce, along with an egg and fresh organic bread breadcrumbs (use gluten free bread for a gluten free version) to bind the mixture.
Sautee the onion slowly till golden in a little duck fat, allow to cool then add to meat mixture. The hard-boiled eggs are placed inside the meatloaf before wrapping the meatloaf securely with streaky bacon. Now, you know why this meatloaf is so good!
