Marie Rose Sauce for Seafood

It's really easy to make your own sauce, perfect with cold seafood.

Ingredients
1 cup of Brown Cow Organics natural yoghurt
1-2 tablespoon of tomato sauce
couple splashes Worcestershire sauce
1 splash of Tabasco sauce
1/4 lemon & grated rind
pinch pepper
salt to taste
Paprika/parsley to decorate

Preparation
In small bowl, mix together tomato sauce and yoghurt. Add Worcestershire & Tabasco sauce to personal taste level, add lemon juice and rind whilst whisking, then add salt and pepper to taste and mix. You can make this stronger or weaker by increasing/reducing the amount of tomato sauce you add.

Put sauce into serving vessels and sprinkle with paprika and parsley sprig, or mix with seafood and dress in dishes with lettuce/lemon wedges.
