Easy Southern Pulled Beef Brisket

INGREDIENTS
SERVINGS 4-6
1.5kg Brown Cow Organics organic beef brisket joint
[or organic beef Silverside joint)
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon coriander
2 tablespoons olive oil
(14 ounces) beef broth/stock

METHOD

Mix all dry ingredients and rub thoroughly over joint on all sides.
Heat oil over medium heat. Brown beef on both sides for about 10 minutes.
Transfer beef to a slow cooker and add beef broth/stock.
Put lid on and cook on low until beef pulls apart easily with a fork.
When cooked remove beef from slow cooker and place onto a serving dish.
Pull beef apart with a fork and serve.

SERVE
Pulled Beef can be used as fillings for rolls at a BBQ, in wraps, tacos and hot or cold sandwiches.
